Chunky Chicken Vegetable Soup

  1. Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in large saucepan until browned.
  2. Add broth, water, vegetables and salad dressing mix.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low; cover.
  5. Simmer 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in rice and parsley; cover.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes.
