Ham & Cheese Egg Bake in a Potato Crust

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Pat hash browns dry with paper towels; mix with butter.
  3. Press onto bottom and 1 inch up sides of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  5. or until lightly browned.
  6. Reduce oven temperature to 350F.
  7. Sprinkle ham, then cheese onto bottom of crust.
  8. Whisk eggs and milk until blended; pour over cheese.
  9. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  10. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
