Marinated Flank Steak

  2. In large ziplock, combine soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, ginger, and black pepper.

  4. Pierce flank steak with a fork all over, or score with a knife.
  5. Put in ziplock, toss around a bit, leave on the counter for an hour or so.

  7. Put steak on a broiler pan and broil, flipping midway through.
  8. Aim to keep it about 3 from the heat element, and it should cook about 6 minutes each side.
  9. Youre looking for a temperature of around 145 degrees F. Remove it from the oven, cover it with foil, and let it rest.

  11. Use cooking spray on a medium skillet.
  12. Saute the mushrooms for about 2 minutes, then add the water and gravy mix.
  13. Bring to boil then simmer for 5 minutes or until thick.
  14. 5.
  15. Serve steak with gravy on top.
