Marinated Flank Steak
- 13 cups Light Soy Sauce
- 4 cloves Garlic, Crushed Or Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1- 1/2 pound Flank Steak
- 8 ounces, weight Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 package (about 1 Oz. Packet) Mushroom Gravy Mix

- In large ziplock, combine soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, ginger, and black pepper.
- 2.
- Pierce flank steak with a fork all over, or score with a knife.
- Put in ziplock, toss around a bit, leave on the counter for an hour or so.

- Put steak on a broiler pan and broil, flipping midway through.
- Aim to keep it about 3 from the heat element, and it should cook about 6 minutes each side.
- Youre looking for a temperature of around 145 degrees F. Remove it from the oven, cover it with foil, and let it rest.

- Use cooking spray on a medium skillet.
- Saute the mushrooms for about 2 minutes, then add the water and gravy mix.
- Bring to boil then simmer for 5 minutes or until thick.

- Serve steak with gravy on top.
