strawberry marshmallow meringues

  1. Separate egg whites and leave to warm for 10 mins
  2. Preheat oven to 140 degress
  3. Whisk egg whites until a peak forms.
  4. Add food colouring and flavoring
  5. When firm take a tablespoon and put into small golf size balls on baking paper.
  6. Add marshmallows to the top of the meringues
  7. Bake for 60 mins
  8. After the baking time.
  9. Open the over door ajar and leave to cool in the oven.
