Four Chip Fudge

  1. Line 13 X 9 X 2 inch pan with foil and grease with the 1 1/2 tsp. butter, set aside.
  2. In a large heavy sauce pan, melt the remaining butter over low heat.
  3. Add the next five ingredients. Cook and stir constantly until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in butterscotch chips, marshmallow cream and extracts until well blended.
  5. Stir in nuts if you like.
