Four Chip Fudge
- 1 1/2 tsp. plus 3/4 c. butter
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 (11 1/2 oz.) milk chocolate chips
- 1 (10 oz.) peanut butter chips
- 1 c. butterscotch chips
- 1 jar marshmallow cream
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped walnuts, optional
- Line 13 X 9 X 2 inch pan with foil and grease with the 1 1/2 tsp. butter, set aside.
- In a large heavy sauce pan, melt the remaining butter over low heat.
- Add the next five ingredients. Cook and stir constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat; stir in butterscotch chips, marshmallow cream and extracts until well blended.
- Stir in nuts if you like.
