7 Layer Mexican DipOle!
- 23 cans (16 Oz. Can) Fat-free Refried Beans
- 1/2 packages (about 1 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning
- 8 ounces, weight Daisy Sour Cream (Brand Is Important!)
- 1 whole Avocado
- Salt And Pepper
- 1/2 whole Lime Juice
- 1/4 whole Red Onion, Diced
- 1/2 whole Tomato, Diced
- 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Black Olives, Drained
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Mexican Cheese
- Tortilla Chips, To Serve
- 1.
- Using a pie pan, spread refried beans on the bottom until an even layer is formed.
- 2.
- Mix together taco seasoning and sour cream.
- Spread as the next layer on top of the refried beans.
- 3.
- Mash avocado, season with salt and pepper and lime juice.
- Spread as the next layer on top of the sour cream/taco seasoning mixture.
- 4.
- Dice red onion and add as a layer on top of the avocado layer.
- 5.
- Dice tomato and add as a layer on top of the onions.
- 6.
- After draining the black olives, scatter in a layer over the tomatoes.
- 7.
- Add the cheese to the top layer.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
