Vegetable Salad
- 1 cup salad oil
- 12 cup tarragon vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 1 small head cauliflower, separated into flowerettes
- 12 bermuda onion, thinly sliced into rings
- 12 cup sliced stuffed olives
- 12 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and paprika in blender.
- Pour dressing over cauliflower, onion, and olives; cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Add cheese just before serving.
- Toss gently with chilled lettuce.
