Zucchini Fries Australian Weight Watchers 1.5 Points Per Serve

  1. Preheat oven to 220C Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together Italian seasoning, flour and a pinch of salt.
  3. Place breadcrumbs in another small bowl.
  4. Coat a zucchini chunk in flour mixture, dip into egg whites, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  5. Place on prepared baking sheet and repeat with remaining zucchini chunks.
  6. Liberally coat with cooking spray.
  7. Bake zucchini, turning once, for about 12 minutes or until crispy.
