Glazed Chicken(From Mjb Rice)

  1. Cook rice according to package directions. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch strips.
  2. Mix flour, paprika and garlic. Add chicken and toss to coat. Stir-fry chicken in hot oil until lightly browned. Add broth; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Combine cornstarch and next 5 ingredients. Blend mixture into ingredients in pan, stirring until sauce boils. Add pea pods. Cover and cook until tender-crisp.
  4. Serve over rice.
