Trio of T's Salad (Tuna, Tomato and Tarragon)

  1. Place onion in a small bowl and cover with cold water (optional).
  2. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  3. Drain.
  4. Whisk mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
  5. Add tuna, celery, tarragon and the drained onion; stir to combine.
  6. Serve on a bed of lettuce (or mixed greens) with tomato and lemon wedges.
