Alaska Sourdough Pancakes Recipe

  1. Put starter in large bowl.
  2. Add in 2 c. flour and 2 c. lowfat milk.
  3. Mix well and cover.
  4. Leave in hot place overnight.
  5. Next morning take out 1 c. starter.
  6. Leave room temperature 12 hrs.
  7. To remaining sponge add in 2 Large eggs, 1 tsp soda, 2 tb surgar, 1 ts salt, 2 tsp baking pwdr.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Cook on warm griddle.
  10. For smaller mix take out 2 c. starter and use 1/2 the ingredients.
