Tater Dipped Oven Fried Fish Recipe
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 lbs. dressed whole fish fillets or possibly steaks
- Salt & pepper
- 2 c. mashed potato flakes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Combine Large eggs and water.
- Dip fish in mix.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roll in dry potato flakes.
- Heat butter in large shallow baking pan.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Add in fish.
- Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
- Turn once after 15 min.
