Black Cherry Ice Cream with Chocolate Sauce

• 2 pints black cherry ice cream
• Splash Chambord or kirsch (any cherry liqueur)
• 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
• Prepared whipped cream, canister from dairy aisle

1. For each dessert, place 2 scoops of black cherry ice cream in cocktail glasses or dessert dishes.
2. Add splash of Chambord.
3. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top and garnish with a rosette of whipped cream.
