Beef Marinated With Sun-Dried Tomato

  1. Soak tomatoes in Saki for half a day.
  2. Sprinkle salt beef with salt and set aside for a half-hour.
  3. Place into zip lock bag with tomatoes and Saki and marinate 24 hours.
  4. Grill on all sides to desired doneness.
