Abalone Soup Recipe
- 4 c. Chicken stock (see wonton soup recipe)
- 1 slc Ginger, grated
- 1 x Green onion, minced
- 1 sm Carrot, grated
- 1/2 c. Minced celery
- 1/2 c. Sliced canned abalone
- 1 tsp Salt
- Bring the chicken stock to a boil.
- Add in the ginger, onion, carrot and celery.
- Simmer for 15 to 20 min.
- Add in the abalone and salt to taste.
- Allow to heat and ladle into individual soup bowls.
