Glorified Sauerkraut Recipe
- 1 pound canned sauerkraut, liquid removed
- 1 pound can tomatoes, minced
- 2 med. onions, diced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 tbsp. oil
- Saute/fry onions, peppers and mushrooms.
- Combine with tomatoes and sauerkraut.
- Bake in a 1 1/2 qt casserole (covered) at 350 degrees for 1 hour and then uncovered for 1/2 hour.
- Serves 4.
