Saucy Skillet Chicken for Two
- 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.)
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas)
- 2 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- Cook chicken in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
- on each side or until chicken is browned on both sides.
- Mix broth, barbecue sauce, dressing until blended; stir in onions.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bring just to boil; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 3 min.
- Stir in mixed vegetables; cook, covered, 3 to 4 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F) and vegetables are heated through.
- Sprinkle with bacon.
