Fusilli with Artichoke Hearts
- 4-1/2 cups fusilli pasta, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 jar (650 mL) Classico di Lucca Tuscan-Style Olive & Garlic Pasta Sauce
- 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) artichoke hearts, rinsed, quartered
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add onions; cook 3 to 5 min.
- or until softened, stirring frequently.
- Stir in pasta sauce and artichokes; cook on medium-low heat 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
- Add pasta sauce mixture; mix lightly.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
