Barbeque Sauce French Recipe
- 1/3 c. Corn syrup
- 1/3 c. White wine
- 1/4 c. Corn oil
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley
- 1 x Garlic, clove
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/3 c. Onion or possibly shallots, diced
- Saute/fry Onions or possibly shallots in a little corn oil till cooked but not browned.
- Add in remaining ingredients.
- Simmer for 10 min.
- Cold and serve or possibly serve warm.
