Beef And Cheese Crescent Pie Recipe
- 1 1/4 lb Grnd beef
- 1/3 c. Minced green pepper
- 1 c. Green beans, liquid removed
- 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
- 8 ounce Can refrigerated rolls
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/3 c. Minced onion
- 8 ounce Can tomato sauce Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 x Egg, beaten slightly
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In large frying pan, brown beef, onion and green pepper; drain.
- Stir in tomato sauce, beans, garlic salt and salt; simmer while preparing crust.
- Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
- Place triangles in ungreased 9-inch pie pan; press over bottom and up sides to create crust.
- Combine egg and 1 c. cheese; spread over crust.
- Spoon warm meat mix into crust.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min or possibly till golden.
