Bluefish Casserole Recipe
- 2 lb Bluefish Fillets
- 2 x Lemons, cut into wedges
- 1 can Cream of Shrimp Soup c. Muenster or possibly Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly Margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed Fresh Parsley, finely minced - as a garnish Salt and Black Pepper - to taste Paprika
- Arrange Bluefish Fillets in a buttered, glass baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice; pour butter or possibly margarine over top and bake at 400 F (15 min).
- Pour heated Shrimp soup over fish, then sprinkle with cheese and bake at 3000 F (15 min longer).
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley and paprika as colorful garnishes and serve.
- SERVINGS: 4-6
