Bluefish Casserole Recipe

  1. Arrange Bluefish Fillets in a buttered, glass baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice; pour butter or possibly margarine over top and bake at 400 F (15 min).
  2. Pour heated Shrimp soup over fish, then sprinkle with cheese and bake at 3000 F (15 min longer).
  3. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley and paprika as colorful garnishes and serve.
  4. SERVINGS: 4-6
