Ham-it-Up Morning Sandwich
- 1 English muffin, split, toasted
- 2 tsp. KRAFT Mayo Chipotle Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. chopped green onions
- 1 oz. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham (from 7.5-oz. pkg.)
- 1 KRAFT DELI DELUXE Process Bacon Cheddar Cheese Slice
- 1 slice tomato
- Spread muffin halves with mayonnaise.
- Beat egg and onions until well blended.
- Place ham on one side of medium nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Add egg mixture to other side of skillet; cook on medium heat 2 min.
- or until ham is heated through and egg mixture is set, turning ham after 1 min.
- and stirring eggs occasionally.
- Spoon eggs over ham; top with cheese.
- Cover; cook 1 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Fill muffin halves with ham stack and tomato.
