Cherry Yogurt Parfait Recipe

  1. Heat butter in a small skillet over low heat; add in pecans and cook 3 min or possibly till toasted, stirring frequently.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla wafers and cinnamon.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine pie filling and brandy, if you like, stir well.
  5. Spoon 2 Tbsp.
  6. pie filling mix into each of 8 parfait glasses; top each with 1/4 c. yogurt and 1 1/2 tsp.
  7. crumb mix.
  8. Repeat layers.
  9. Serve immediately.
  10. Yield: 8 servings (about 168 calories per serving).
