Salmon Patties with Cucumber Sauce

  1. Drain, flake and remove bones from salmon.
  2. Mix with bread, egg, milk, lemon juice and salt.
  3. Divide into fourths.
  4. Shape each into a patty; place in 8 inch square microwavable baking dish.
  5. Cover with paper towel.
  6. Microwave on 70% power 6 to 7 minutes or until center is set, rotating dish once.
  7. Combine yogurt, cucumber, onion and dill.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Spoon onto each patty.
