Frozen Oreo Rocky Road Bars

• 150g OREO* Original Cookies , crushed
• 50g butter, melted
• 2 cups ice cream, softened
• 100g small marshmallows
• 100g walnuts
• 1/2 cup milk chocolate bits
• 1/2 cup milk chocolate, melted

1. Mix biscuit crumbs and butter in a bowl.
2. Press into a 15cm x 25cm freezer proof dish.
3. Mix the icecream, marshmallows, walnuts and chocolate bits; spread over the biscuit base.
4. Pipe melted chocolate over the top to decorate.
5. Freeze the Rocky Road until the icecream is hard.
6. Cut into bars and serve.
