Crunchy Potato Chip Salad Recipe
- 1 c. mayonnaise, light or possibly cholesterol free
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 c. finely shredded cabbage
- 1 can (6 1/2 ounce.) tuna, liquid removed and flaked
- 1/3 c. shredded carrots
- 1/3 c. minced green pepper
- 2 tbsp. chopped onions
- 2 1/2 c. potato chips
- In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and vinegar.
- Stir in cabbage, tuna, carrots and green pepper and onions.
- Cover, refrigeratejust before serving.
- Add in potato chips and toss lightly.
- Makes 6 servings.
