Ultra-Simple Oil-free Cabbage-Vinegar Salad

  1. Shred the cabbage and put in a bowl of water, then drain.
  2. Slice the carrot then cut into fine julienne.
  3. Slice the cucumber diagonally then cut into finely julienne matchsticks.
  4. Put the cabbage, carrot and cucumber in a bowl, add the sushi vinegar and the sesame seeds and mix well
  5. Transfer to serving plates.
