Ultra-Simple Oil-free Cabbage-Vinegar Salad
- 1/2 of a medium cabbage Cabbage
- 3 cm Carrot
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 tbsp Sushi vinegar
- 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds, ground sesame seeds
- Shred the cabbage and put in a bowl of water, then drain.
- Slice the carrot then cut into fine julienne.
- Slice the cucumber diagonally then cut into finely julienne matchsticks.
- Put the cabbage, carrot and cucumber in a bowl, add the sushi vinegar and the sesame seeds and mix well
- Transfer to serving plates.
