Tuna, Lemon and Caper
- 1 can tuna, italian oil-packed drained
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin
- 2 tablespoons capers chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley leaves chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest grated
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup water hot
- 1 pound corkscrew macaroni cooked
- Combine tuna, olive oil, capers, parsley, garlic, lemon peel, salt and pepper.
- Let stand 30 minutes.
- Add pasta water.
- Toss with cooked pasta.
