Mediterranean Topping

  1. Saute onions and garlic in hot oil in large saucepan on high heat 3 to 4 min.
  2. or until onions are tender.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Serve on toasted crostini as appetizers, or spooned over grilled fish, steaks, burgers, chicken or pork.
