Fresh Vegetable Saute
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1-1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 1-1/2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup diagonally sliced carrots
- 3/4 cup sliced yellow squash
- 3/4 cup sugar snap peas
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper strips Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup onion wedges
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add vegetables; cook and stir until tender-crisp.
- Stir in vinegar and salad dressing mix; cook and stir until thoroughly heated.
- Variation: Prepare as directed, using 7 cups of any combination of your favorite cut-up vegetables.
