Fresh Vegetable Saute

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add vegetables; cook and stir until tender-crisp.
  3. Stir in vinegar and salad dressing mix; cook and stir until thoroughly heated.
  4. Variation: Prepare as directed, using 7 cups of any combination of your favorite cut-up vegetables.
