Peppermint Crisp Tart in a Glass

  1. Crush or grate the Peppermint Crisp
  2. Crush the biscuits
  3. In a bowl stir the caramel till smooth
  4. Whip the cream to form soft peaks.
  5. Combine the whipped cream and caramel, stir till smooth
  6. Place layer of crushed biscuits in each glass, then add a layer of caramel cream, then a sprinkling of peppermint crisp, continue layering in this order ending with peppermint crisp.
  7. Place in fridge until ready to serve.
