Marshmallow Truffles

  1. Arrange marshmallows on tray; freeze 15 minutes.
  2. Microwave chocolate chunks in small microwavable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 minutes; stirring after 1 minute.
  3. Stir until completely melted.
  4. Dip marshmallows into melted chocolate; turn until coated.
  5. Roll in pecans or sprinkles.
  6. Place on wax paper-lined tray.
  7. Refrigerate or keep in cool dry place.
