Slow Cooked Sloppy Joe Supper

  1. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, soup, egg substitute, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread into a lightly greased 5-quart slow cooker.
  3. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  4. Stir in sloppy joe sauce.
  5. Spoon over potato mixture.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 4-1/2 hours or until heated through.
