Chicken Breasts in Tomatoes

  1. Heat butter and oil in frying pan; when hot, add chicken and cook 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Season well and turn chicken over; partially cover and continue cooking 4 more minutes.
  3. Add onion and paprika; mix well.
  4. Partially cover and cook another 3 to 4 minutes over low heat.
  5. Stir in tomatoes and spices; cover and cook 8 to 9 minutes over medium-low heat.
  6. When chicken is done, pour in cream and mix well.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
