Stuffed Pepper Soup

  1. Combine all ingredients except the rice in your crockpot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. Thirty minutes before serving, cook the rice according to package directions.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the crockpot and combine the mixture.
  5. Serve with your favorite biscuits, cornbread, or tortilla chips!
