Sauteed Spinach and Corn (For Bentos Too)

  1. Wash the spinach and cut into easy to eat pieces.
  2. Defrost the corn.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the corn, then the spinach, and season with salt and pepper and soup stock granules.
  5. Saute until the spinach is wilted, then turn the heat off immediately.
