Sauteed Spinach and Corn (For Bentos Too)
- 1 bunch Spinach
- 100 grams Corn kernels (frozen)
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Soup stock granules
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil (for sauteeing)
- Wash the spinach and cut into easy to eat pieces.
- Defrost the corn.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the corn, then the spinach, and season with salt and pepper and soup stock granules.
- Saute until the spinach is wilted, then turn the heat off immediately.
