Star Spangled Cheesecake
- 3 cups cold milk
- 2 pkg. (11.1 oz. each) JELL-O No Bake Real Cheesecake Dessert
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
- Spray flag mold with no stick cooking spray; place on cookie sheet.
- Pour cold milk into large mixing bowl.
- Add Filling Mixes.
- Beat with electric mixer on lowest speed until blended.
- Beat on medium speed 3 minutes.
- Filling will be thick.
- Pour mixture into mold.
- Stir Crust Mixes, sugar and butter with fork in medium bowl until crumbs are well moistened.
- Press crumbs firmly onto cheesecake mixture in mold, using measuring cup.
- Freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm.
- To serve, dip bottom water 30 seconds; unmold.
- Let stand at room temperature 15 to 20 minutes for easier slicing.
- Decorate with blueberries, sliced strawberries and thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, if desired.
