Au Gratin Potato Bread Recipe

• 3/4 c. heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 c. potato cooking water
• 1/3 c. plain mashed potatoes room temperature
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
• 3 c. bread flour
• 3/4 c. diced sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1/4 c. diced onion
• 1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

1. Place all ingredients in your machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer.
2. Place the pan in your machine.
3. Select the Basic/White cycle and press start.
4. This recipe yields 1 loaf.
5. Yield: 1 loaf
