Mint Flavor Blueberry Sauce

  1. Put the mint leaves in your palm and quickly clap your other hand down on top of the leaves to release the aroma.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a sauce pan, then let sit for over 1 hour.
  3. The photo show what it looks like after sitting for 5 hours.
  4. Heat on medium.
  5. Once it comes to a boil, reduce to low, then simmer until it reaches your desired thickness.
  6. The photo shows what it looks like after simmering for 10 minutes.
  7. It will thicken a bit once it cools down.
  8. When it cools down, transfer to a sterilized jar.
  9. Remove the mint leaves after simmering for about 5 minutes.
  10. Here it is used in "J-DOG's" Pancakes with sour cream!
  11. Looks like heaven!
