Mint Flavor Blueberry Sauce
- 220 grams Frozen blueberries
- 5 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 3 leaves Fresh mint (I used pineapple mint)
- 1 tbsp Brandy (or wine)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Put the mint leaves in your palm and quickly clap your other hand down on top of the leaves to release the aroma.
- Put all the ingredients into a sauce pan, then let sit for over 1 hour.
- The photo show what it looks like after sitting for 5 hours.
- Heat on medium.
- Once it comes to a boil, reduce to low, then simmer until it reaches your desired thickness.
- The photo shows what it looks like after simmering for 10 minutes.
- It will thicken a bit once it cools down.
- When it cools down, transfer to a sterilized jar.
- Remove the mint leaves after simmering for about 5 minutes.
- Here it is used in "J-DOG's" Pancakes with sour cream!
- Looks like heaven!
