Easy Daikon Radish Meat Wraps
- 5 cm Daikon radish
- 10 slice Pork (shabu-shabu pork, etc)
- 10 leaves Shiso leaves
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 dash Plain flour
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 cm Ginger juice
- Cut the daikon radish into 10 pieces.
- Sprinkle the pork with flour.
- Place the shiso leaves and daikon radish in that order on the pork slices, and wrap.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, and fry both sides until browned, then sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
- Wipe off the excess oil with a paper towel.
- Add all the teriyaki sauce ingredients into the pan, and fry until the pork is browned and juicy.
