Easy Smothered Chicken

  1. Cut chicken breasts into stew size chunks, and saute while cleaning and cutting mushrooms in half.
  2. Then simply add all ingredients to chicken and simmer about 1 hour.
  3. You can also do this in a crockpot and simmer all day until dinner.
  4. Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
