Bacon Skillet Frittata
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 cups ORE-IDA Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
- 1-1/2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 10 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add hash browns; cook 5 min.
- or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Spread evenly onto bottom of skillet.
- Mix egg product, onions and milk until blended; pour over hash browns.
- Sprinkle with bacon; cover.
- Cook on medium-low heat 10 min.
- or until center is set.
- Sprinkle with cheese; cook, covered, 2 min.
- or until melted.
