Turtle Custard Pie

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spread caramel topping over bottom and sides of crust.
  3. Beat together remaining ingredients, pour into crust.
  4. Bake until knife inserted halfway between crust and center comes out clean, about 45-50 minutes.
  5. Cool at room temperature for one hour.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
