Peanut Butter Bars With Chocolate Chips

  1. Spray 13x9 baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine soft butter, peanut butter, and sugar on medium speed, beating until creamy.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, blending well.
  6. Stir in vanilla.
  7. Using low speed, slowly add flour mixture to peanut butter mixture.
  8. Combine just until well blended.
  9. Stir in chocolate chips.
  10. Spread dough into baking pan.
  11. Place baking pan on center oven rack in preheated oven.
  12. Bake about 20-22 minutes until golden and a toothpick, inserted in the center, comes out clean.
  13. Cool completely on wire rack before cutting.
