Shi Shi Cocktail

  1. Muddle mint in the base of a cocktail shaker with the sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Shake and strain into tall glasses with ice.
  4. Garnish with mint and/or passionfruit pulp if desired.
  5. Note~.
  6. Muddling is used to extract flavours and is mostlydone in a wood pestle.
