Shi Shi Cocktail
- 45 ml cognac
- 60 ml ruby red grapefruit juice
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons passion fruit
- 2 teaspoons caster sugar
- 5 mint leaves
- ice, to serve
- Muddle mint in the base of a cocktail shaker with the sugar and lemon juice.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Shake and strain into tall glasses with ice.
- Garnish with mint and/or passionfruit pulp if desired.
- Note~.
- Muddling is used to extract flavours and is mostlydone in a wood pestle.
