Easy Pineapple Cheesecake
- 250 grams Cream cheese, softened
- 200 ml Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 300 ml Cool whip, thawed
- 500 ml Crushed pineapple
- 1 each Graham wafer pie crust
- Beat together cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Add vanilla and Cool whip and mix well.
- Stir in crushed pineapple (including the juice) and mix until well blended.
- Pour mixture into Graham crust.
- Cover and refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
