Easy Strawberry Rhubarb Jam Recipe

• 5 c. rhubarb, diced
• 3 c. sugar
• 1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello

1. Combine the diced rhubarb and sugar and let stand overnight.
2. Next morning simmer this mix for 10-15 min.
3. Stir in package of Jello.
4. Pour into jam jars and freeze when jam cools.
