Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

  1. Using a paring knife, remove divot from bottom side of each tomato.
  2. In a food processor, combine cilantro leaves, garlic, nuts and Parmesan and process.
  3. Add mayonnaise and process until smooth.
  4. Fill a small plastic baggy with cilantro mixture and snip off 1 corner of the bag.
  5. Fill each tomato by squeezing bag.
  6. Serve chilled
