Greek Style Wrap with Tzaziki Sauce

  1. Layer red pepper, cucumber and eggplant in lavash.
  2. Top with tzatziki sauce
  3. In a bowl combine yogurt cheese, garlic, lemon juice and dill.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Depending on desired consistency, add reserved yogurt liquid.
  6. Yield: 1 1/2 to 2 cups sauce
