Mandarin Beets

• 6 medium beets, cooked, cooled and thinly sliced
• 1 small red onion, sliced
• 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained

1. Combine beets and onions in a medium bowl.
2. Pour dressing over and toss.
3. Add oranges just before serving.
